Suzanne Pleshette

 

Suzanne Pleshette was an American theatre, film, and voice actress. She lived from January 31, 1937 until January 19th, 2008. Pleshette began her career in the theatre. She was in films during the 1950s in the latter half of the decade. Then, Pleshette was a prominent actor in films such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds (633) and Spirited Away (12001). Pleshette has also been featured in numerous TV productions, usually as guest actors. Pleshette was nominated for numerous Emmy Awards due to her performance in the role of Emily Hartley, on The Bob Newhart from 1972 to 1978.
